Ok, so now i can upload pics too. Decided to break down my tagets month by month to try and make them happen. Like i want to get up earlier in the morning and my friend..she knows who she is ..gets up about 5am. Now thats too early for me so i am gonna start with 7am next week and work backwards 10 mins a week till i get to 6.Thats early enough for me. Need to make a schedule too for when i am not working, i.e. Mondays clean upstairs, tues down etcetc. Well thats the theory anyway.
So FEBRUARY PROJECTS....
1) LOSE 6LBS
2) GET MY HAIRCUT EVERY 6-8 WEEKS, (booked for next Tues)
